If you are unhappy with your service, and you meet the refund terms and conditions on your invoice, we are happy to provide a full refund.

If you paid by check, money order or wire transfer

If you paid by credit card

If, however, you are not satisfied with our response, please contact your financial institution. Please note, to obtain a refund you must meet the criteria on your Agreement with us.

If, after all else, you are still not satisfied

Lastly, should all else fail, per your agreement with SPN Search, you have the right to mediation via the Better Business Bureau.
